Three months in.

Two months have already gone by in the blink of an eye. The previous year ended quick and with some trepidation, but the new year began strong and busy, which I will take as a good omen.

It has been long since I wrote on this blog, and I have made it a priority to be more constant with this writing exercise. This outlet will let me share my music and talk more about my process, focusing on each of my current projects as I work on them.

With this thought in mind, I wanted to share something very special with you. I am currently working, not only on my first feature film (more about this later), but on the release of two soundtracks I finished late last year. Both those projects, one Mexican and the other Canadian, are not only widely different, but they were very different challenges for me. I was quite proud with the end result, which is why I have set myself the task of reworking the score, remixing it to release the soundtrack as a stand alone album.

Throughout the next couple of weeks I will share with you previews of the progress from my score to Atacama, as well as snippets of the upcoming soundtracks!
